About me
I have memories of going over to my grandparents' house, and even when my sister and I were incredibly young, our grandpa would absolutely refuse to turn off his favorite crime TV shows (everything from Criminal Minds to Bones, despite how inappropriate they were for us). We were both amazed by the worlds created by these shows, and it led both of us to our chosen career paths. My sister, fascinated by the science behind the plot, is going into forensic science, while I was much more inspired to figure out how creative teams behind these shows made something I knew to be fake look so real.
This, along with a lot of early exposure to Shakespeare through the high school my mother taught at, inspired a deep passion for visual arts, clothing and costumes, special effects makeup, hair and wigs, along with also encouraging me to dive deeper into the technological advancements happening around me and how they can be implemented into the world of theatrical design!
As a graduate of the University of California, Irvine class of 2026 with a Bachelor of the Arts in Drama with an Honors in Costume design, I received a multiple merit-based scholarships, including being a part of the 2025 cohort for the Cody Renard Richard Scholarship, have had my work shown in Dances with Films LA, and received my first SAG credit for a short film.
